You must raise a return/refund request within 3 days of receiving your order.

Returns are only accepted if the product is:

Defective or damaged.

Misprinted or not as per your order.

To process your request, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as delivered.

Wrong size ordered by the customer.

If approved, a replacement will be shipped and will be delivered within 7-10 working days.

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7â10 business days.
